The officers of the Council, chairs of the Council standing committees, the President of each member unit
or an alternate, one reporting delegate from each member unit or a representative, and the Principal of any school
having a unit in the Council membership or their representative should attend these general membership meetings.
Only board members are required to attend the Executive Board meetings.
